Wide receiver DeSean Jackson and defensive end Jason Hatcher, two pivotal starters as the Redskins make their push for a playoff bid, took part in at least the early phase of practice on Thursday after being sidelined by various injuries and ailments on Wednesday.
With a steady rain soaking the field at Redskins Park, the team practiced in its indoor bubble. And Jackson, who limped through the late stages of last Sunday’s 24-21 victory at the Chicago Bears after injuring his left kneecap, stretched and fielded passes with no apparent effect, but the drills weren’t run at full speed.
