DeSean Jackson and Duke Ihenacho to have MRI exams Monday

The Washington Redskins lost two starters in Sunday’s season-opening loss to the Miami Dolphins.

Strong safety Duke Ihenacho fractured and dislocated his left wrist, coach Jay Gruden said. Meanwhile, wide receiver DeSean Jackson strained his left hamstring.

Both players will have MRI exams on their injured limbs the coach said. It wasn’t immediately clear how much time either player would miss.

Meanwhile, nickelback Justin Rogers left the game with a foot injury that Gruden described as plantar fasciitis.
