The Washington Redskins returned to practice on Wednesday without two starters. Safety Dashon Goldson and wide receiver DeSean Jackson did not dress out but were both inside the practice bubble. The Redskins chose to practice indoors because of wet conditions.
Goldson suffered a rib fracture in Sunday’s 35-25 victory over the Buffalo Bills at FedEx Field. He only missed one snap, however, but Goldson was in pain in the Redskins’ locker room following the win. Redskins Coach Jay Gruden said on Monday that he didn’t expect Goldson to participate during Wednesday’s practice and wasn’t sure if Goldson would suit up on Thursday.
