Dan Quinn spoke to reporters before today's practice and talked about Jonathan Allen's 21-day practice window opening. The former Pro Bowl DT had surgery for a torn pec in October, but has been meeting all the markers to return earlier than expected. Quinn said he's built different.
The other big news from today's presser was that both of Washington's kickers won't be at practice today. Zane Gonzalez and Greg Joseph are both expecting the birth of a child. Gonzalez was inactive last week after appearing on the injury report with a left foot injury. Joseph was signed to the practice squad to kick against the Saints and he went 2 for 3, missing a 54-yarder.
