Washington won their ninth game of the year following their 20-19 thriller against the New Orleans Saints Sunday. Unfortunately for the Commanders, the game didn’t leave them with the best feeling, given the 17-point lead they held over New Orleans in the second half. Washington dominated the time of possession battle against New Orleans and was mostly efficient on third down by their playmaking rookie Jayden Daniels. With limited help in the run game, Daniels was sharp mentally, seeing the field well all game with his arm and showing great pocket instincts despite his offensive line giving up countless pressures throughout the game and ultimately allowing eight sacks.
