Washington Redskins general manager Scot McGloughan has already made it clear they will not be bringing back former Skins tight end Chris Cooley.
“I’m not going there,” said McGloughan. “Chris Cooley, he was a really good Redskin. He’s part of the Redskins still. I’m not going there.”
Then the Redskins signed two tight ends in D.J. Williams and Ernst Brun Jr.
Cooley had some interesting things to say on ESPN 980 this past Monday by claiming that the majority of the Redskins officials that are involved in major decisions want him back
“There’s a lot of people [who work for the team] that do want to do this,” said Cooley.
