Case Keenum out for Redskins vs. Patriots, Terry McLaurin active

LANDOVER — Redskins quarterback Case Keenum will be inactive Sunday against the New England Patriots after previously being listed as questionable with a foot injury.

That means rookie Dwayne Haskins will be the backup behind Colt McCoy, who coach Jay Gruden tabbed as the team’s tarter on Friday.

Keenum first suffered his injury in a Week 3 loss to the Chicago Bears. The 31-year-old was benched in last week’s loss against the Giants, with Gruden citing Keenum’s injury as a factor.

This week, Keenum missed practice Wednesday and was seen in a walking boot.
