Wide receiver Brian Quick is coming back to the Washington Redskins in light of two Week 1 injuries at that position.
Quick’s sports agency, Sports Trust Advisors, tweeted Tuesday that Quick will sign with the Redskins. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, and the team has yet to confirm the transaction.
Quick, 29, played for the Redskins last season but did not make their final 53-man roster earlier this month. Behind Josh Doctson, Jamison Crowder and Paul Richardson Jr., the Redskins went with Maurice Harris and rookies Trey Quinn and Cam Sims. Washington also eschewed Quick for the practice squad in favor of rookie Simmie Cobbs.
