ASHBURN, Va. -- The Washington Redskins didn't add anyone to their active roster Monday, but they might be getting help nonetheless. That is, if some of their injured players return this week.
The Redskins declined to sign veteran defensive linemen Terrance Knighton or Phil Taylor on Monday; both were among a group of five players who worked out. Instead, they signed Joey Mbu to the practice squad while still considering both Knighton and Taylor as future options.
