The NFL draft is a week away, and this is the next step in the Washington Commanders first season under new GM Adam Peters. He answered questions from reporters today, alongside his new assistant GM Lance Newmark. Peters has made big changes to the roster, signing 22 new players and trading away last year’s starting QB, Sam Howell.
The Washington Commanders have 6 picks in the top 100 of this year’s draft, including the #2 overall pick. They are expected to take a QB in the first round, most likely at #2 after the Chicago Bears select QB Caleb Williams.
