The Washington Redskins are in the midst of what could end up being a great offseason. The team has added a couple of nice, veteran pieces to their defense in Pernell McPhee and Orlando Scandrick while getting an explosive playmaker in Paul Richardson for their offense. Additionally, they were able to re-sign Mason Foster and Zach Brown to deals to retain key pieces at the linebacker position.
That said, there is still a lot of time for the Redskins to make improvements. Or, they could make mistakes. They have some cap room left and eight draft picks, but they need to utilize the resources properly in order to build a true contender.
