2019 NFL Draft: Washington Redskins’ top Day 2 targets

On Thursday night, the Washington Redskins were able to add two new potential starters to their roster. They selected Dwayne Haskins with the 15th overall pick and then made a surprise move by trading back into the first round to land pass rusher Montez Sweat. Both players have a lot of upside, and they plugged some of the team’s biggest holes on the roster.

However, in the process of trading up for Sweat, the Redskins did lose their second round pick. They dealt it to the Colts. As a result, they will only have two picks on Day 2 of the draft, and they will come in the third round.
