The 5-6 Washington Redskins host the 3-8 Dallas Cowboys in a Monday Night Football matchup between two rivals. The Redskins hold the top spot in the NFC East, while the Cowboys are holding out hope they can make a playoff run without QB Tony Romo. So who will pick up a key divisional win? Here's our preview and prediction.
Game Info:
Where: FedEx Field, Landover, Maryland
When: 8:30 p.m. EST
TV: ESPN
Spread: Redskins By 3
What's At Stake:
The NFC East is a mess, and every division game carries added weight. The Redskins can take a one-game lead over the Giants and Eagles with a win. If the Cowboys win, they'll be just one game back in the division. If the Cowboys, they can pretty much let go of any hope of winning the division.

Key To The Game:
Which QB avoids turnovers and can make a few plays? Matt Cassel and Kirk Cousins have both battled turnover issues this season, although Cousins has cut down on them in recent weeks. Both teams will try to run the ball as much as it can, especially the Cowboys. Expect to see a heavy dose of Darren McFadden for Dallas, but the team will need Cassel to make a few plays. That's something he has failed to consistently and it's why the team hasn't won a game this season without Romo. Cousins isn't perfect, but he's made more plays than Cassel has.
Prediction: Redskins Win 24-20
The Cowboys have serious issues without Romo and they'll continue against the Redskins. I don't trust Washington, but it's impossible to pick a team led by Cassel. It'll be a close game, but the Cowboys won't be able to make the few plays they need late in the game.
