After previous being cleared to play this weekend, Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III will not play against the Baltimore Ravens.
Upon further review by neuropsychologists, RGIII to be held out from gameplay this week & rested 1 to 2 weeks before returning to action.

With RGIII out, the Redskins will start either Colt McCoy or Kirk Cousins at QB.
It's not clear what caused Griffin's status to change in the last 24 hours. It's just the latest in a long line of injuries Griffin has suffered since his impressive rookie season.
