The Washington Redskins need to improve in quite a few areas if they want to get back into playoff contention next season, and after several key free agent signings, Washington is moving in the right direction. However, they're also counting on big seasons from these three guys:
QB Robert Griffin III
Griffin has dealt with a plethora of injuries and poor play since his outstanding rookie season, yet that's exactly why he could have a good year in 2015. RG3's problems centered around a selfish attitude he gained from being so good as a rookie, and the last two seasons have humbled him. Griffin has shown he has the skills to be successful in the NFL, and now that his mind is in a better place, he should start producing at a high rate on the field.
TE Jordan Reed
Reed has also dealt with numerous injuries during the past two seasons, and that's caused him to miss 12 games since 2013. When he's been healthy, his combination of size and speed has created a lot of problems for opposing defenses. If he can stay healthy, Reed will have a breakout year in 2015.
LB Keenan Robinson
Robinson led Washington with 109 tackles in just 13 games last season, his first as a full-time starter. He was a rare bright spot on a struggling Redskins defense in 2014, but now that the front office has brought in better players, Robinson should have more chances to make plays.
