Washington Redskins running back Silas Redd missed Sunday's game due to a bus accident that has been downplayed by the team since it occurred.
Per Mike Florio of NBC's Pro Football Talk, "via Rich Tandler of CSN Washington, Washington running back Silas Redd did not dress on Sunday due to back spasms occurring after one team bus crashed into the back of another one."
Redd had appeared in every Washington Redskins tilt during the 2014 NFL season as the team's third-string running back.
Per sources cited by Florio, Redd is likely to have suffered whiplash from the bus accident. Either way, the incident which had been painted as a minor fender bender with no injuries has at least cost one Washington Redskins player a game. That's enough to both raise some concern and some questions as to whether other players are feeling the effects as well.
