The Capitals unveiled a special Abraham Lincoln calendar of sorts after the game this evening. Similar to an advent calendar, one square is revealed after each victory. Not coincidentally, there are 16 squares behind Lincoln’s head to unveil the full picture, corresponding to the 16 playoff victories needed to win Lord Stanley’s Cup. Jason Chimera peeled back the first square after tonight’s victory to reveal a light blue tile. So now we’re wondering, just like the Caps players, what’s behind Abe’s head?
