The Washington Capitals didn’t have very much time to celebrate their pre-season victory over the Carolina Hurricanes before arriving at the TD Garden to face the Boston Bruins. Neither the Washington Capitals nor the Bruins would be playing with a loaded deck as both teams elected to use the exhibition to rest some of their starters and flex some of their options further down the bench.
