Washington Capitals Free Agents: Marcus Johansson

Washington Capitals forward Marcus Johansson has established himself as a solid 45-point producer over the course of his six-year NHL career. Now, he will once again hit restricted free agency as his team faces a long offseason following another disappointing and premature playoff exit.

Along with scoring 46 points in 74 games in the 2015-16 regular season, Johansson proved to be an extremely versatile piece to his team. He occupied several different positions this season, most frequently as third line center while also spending decent time as the second line left winger.

After a quiet end to the regular season, Johansson became one of the Washington Capitals top producers in the postseason.
