Happy Trade Deadline Eve! The Capitals traveled all the way to the windy city (that’s Chicago) to face off against the Blackhawks. If you’ve missed what the Blackhawks have done the past few days, I’ll fill you in real quick. They got Andrew Ladd, Tomas Fleischmann, Dale Weise, and Christian Ehrhoff and two other guys from Toronto that aren’t nearly as big as these other guys.
Jay Beagle is back for the Capitals though! But Brooks Laich, who played in this game, was waived and he did clear waivers during warm-ups.
