The Caps kicked off their annual development camp on Tuesday, where prospects came to Kettler. Here are the top ten pieces of information from the day:
- The first autograph of development camp came from 2016 5th round pick Beck Malenstyn.
- Caps 2017 first round pick Lucas Johansen has gained weight in attempts to bulk-up and is up to 188 pounds. He says he lost about three pounds on a plane traveling to DC for development camp.
- Axel Jonsson-Fjallby still has his flow. It takes him about “two years” for him to grow his hair out.
