The Stingrays took five of a possible six points on a three game road trip to New England where the beat the Worcester Railers and split a pair of games against the Manchester Monarchs.
The Stingrays won their first ever meeting against the Railers 4-1, scoring a goal in the first three minutes of each period. Parker Milner made 21 saves to earn his 15th victory of the season, and the 30th on the year for the team. Frankie Simonelli had a three point night and Tim McGauley had two assists.
The Stingrays followed Friday’s performance with a 1-0 win over Manchester in a rematch of last year’s conference finals.
