Stingrays Advance to Third Straight Conference Final

A late offensive push yielded no goals for South Carolina, but the aggressive shifts were enough to run down the clock as the sun set on Florida’s season.

Following a 2-1 win over the Florida Everblades, the South Carolina Stingrays move to the Eastern Conference Finals for the third straight year.

The Stingrays are still undefeated on home ice in these playoffs, bringing their record to 6-0.

For the first time since game two, the Stingrays scored in the first period. Within a minute, Andrew Cherniwchan and Olivier Archambault hammered home rebound goals for the early two-goal lead.
