Bligh, 23 out of Milton, MA, completed a four-year career at Dartmouth. His senior season total of 18 points (10 goals, eight assists) accounted for 43% of his collegiate offense (19-23–42). He played in 22 games in his final season due to an injury.
“We did our homework on him and know he was a late bloomer in college after a great junior career,” Warsofsky said. “He is really good around the net. Talking to his past coaches, he has an offensive knack.”
