Rob Flick
At 25, Flick spent two seasons with the Rockford IceHogs (AHL)/Walleye (ECHL) before a late season trade with Boston sent him to the Providence Bruins for Max Sauve. There, he played with David Warsofsky, brother of Stingrays head coach Ryan Warsofsky.
“We’re really excited to add Rob,” said Warsofsky. “He’s got a great resume, and he is a forward who can help us in our top six. We’ll look to him to contribute a little more offensively than he was in the American Hockey League.”
Flick saw a career year in Providence with the 2014-15 Bruins, scoring 19 goals and five assists for 7th best on the team.
