Pierre-Luc Dubois, Logan Thompson Set Career Highs in Caps’ Win

The Washington Capitals made several offseason moves, with two of the biggest were bringing in former third overall pick Pierre-Luc Dubois and goaltender Logan Thompson. Both moves have been a smashing success and the two set career highs in Monday’s 5-4 win over the Ottawa Senators.

Dubois set a new career high with his 37th assist in 61 games. Dubois has found chemistry with wingers Tom Wilson and Connor McMichael, both of whom have scored a career high in goals.

“He’s been outstanding for us. Consistency,” Capitals head coach Spencer Carbery said of Dubois.
