The Caps faced off against the Vegas Golden Knights on Saturday, and much pre-game talk surrounded what would happen between Tom Wilson and Ryan Reaves, who have a well-documented on-ice rivalry. During warm-ups, Reaves stood near the red line and kept looking over toward the Caps’ side. Finally, Tom Wilson skated over. The two seemed to have a good-natured chat, along with stick-taps, and skated away.
Wilson would end up scoring in the first period.
