Poor Paul Carey. Just a few weeks ago, he scored his first career goal while up with the Caps before being sent back to Hershey. Now, according to the Bears, he’ll miss the remainder of the season due to shoulder surgery.

HERSHEY, Pa. – The Hershey Bears announced today that forward Paul Carey will miss the remainder of the 2015-16 season and any subsequent playoffs following successful shoulder surgery. The announcement was made by Bears president/general manager Doug Yingst.
The 27-year-old Carey suffered the injury on February 10, finished the game, but has not appeared in the lineup since.
