WASHINGTON, D.C. - Monumental Sports & Entertainment refined its organizational structure and promoted Jim Van Stone, David Touhey and Zachary Leonsis, announced Ted Leonsis, MSE founder, chairman, majority owner and CEO.
MSE owns the NBA's Washington Wizards, NHL's Washington Capitals, WNBA's Washington Mystics and the 20,000-seat Verizon Center as well as overseeing the management of Kettler Capitals Iceplex and George Mason University's EagleBank Arena.
Van Stone becomes the organization’s first president of business operations and chief commercial officer; Touhey is the new president of venues; Zach Leonsis is promoted to vice president and general manager on Monumental Network.
