(Caps Outsider) The Caps today announced that they re-signed young defenseman Jonas Siegenthaler for one year, paying him $800,000. The 23-year old from Zurich, Switzerland, played 63 games last season and scored his first two career goals. He also spent a considerable amount of time on the penalty kill and blocked 105 shots, second on the teams. His goal song? My Name is Jonas, by Weezer.
