John Carlson ‘Possible’ To Return Tonight For Washington Capitals

The Capitals’ number one defenseman has been not played since December 28th with a lower body injury.

Despite continuing to play great hockey and build on their best season in franchise history, the Washington Capitals may be about to get even better on Wednesday. Defenseman John Carlson, who hasn’t played since playing in a victory over the Buffalo Sabres on December 28th, is “possible” to return against the Philadelphia Flyers when they visit the Verizon Center for the Capitals’ first game in eight days.
