Carlson (378) and Alzner (376) boast the second and third-longest consecutive games played streak in Capitals franchise history, trailing Bob Carpenter (422). In addition, Nicklas Backstrom, Marcus Johansson, Troy Brouwer, Joel Ward and Matt Niskanen also appeared in all 82 games for Washington in 2014-15. This season marked the first time Johansson and Niskanen have played in all 82 games in a season.
