Capitals vs. Pens Recap: Caps Look Lackadaisical in 4-2 Loss

Did Alex Ovechkin score? Sadly, no.

Plus: Sandin has been quietly really good for the Caps this season so it was good to see him be rewarded with his first goal of the season on a nice top corner snipe.

Minus: The Caps picked the worst time to play their worst game of the season, by far. Caps didn’t look very interested or engaged for the full 60, allowing their rival, a team that isn’t that good and who played last night, to come in and take a win on home ice.
