Capitals vs. Penguins Game Three Recap: Caps’ Captain Puts Washington Ahead in Series

Washington traveled to Pennsylvania to face off against the Penguins in Game Three of their Eastern Conference Semifinal series. In a back and forth affair it was Washington besting Pittsburgh 4 to 3 in regulation.

Here’s Tuesday night's Plus/Minus:

Plus: Washington overcame two Pittsburgh leads which gave them a chance to win the contest late in regulation.

Minus: The pending litigation from the DoPS on Tom Wilson’s second period hit against Zach Aston-Reese. Wilson could not have planeted his feet firmer, nor tucked his elbow tigher to his sweater on the play.
