The Washington Capitals have an 8-1-1 record over their last ten games and currently lead the Metropolitan Division with 40 points in 26 games. They will travel to Sunrise, Florida to take on the Florida Panthers at the BB&T Center on Thursday night as they hope to keep their point streak going. The Panthers will be looking to gain some ground on the Boston Bruins in the standings as they currently sit in fifth place in the Atlantic Division.
