The Washington Capitals continued to invest in the NHL depth and the AHL roster by bringing back former Caps prospect Chase Priskie to a one year, two way deal ($775,000,$350,000). The 27 year old was originally drafted by Washington in the sixth round a 177th overall in the 2016 NHL Draft.
He recorded 22 points in 58 games with 11 goals and 11 assists in 58 games with the San Diego Gulls and Rochester Americans of the AHL last season including 13 points in 16 games with seven goals and six assists with San Diego after being acquired by the Anaheim Ducks organization on March 3.
