We last talked about Braden Holtby when the Washington Capitals netminder donated 25,000 meals to a food charity. Recently the couple achieved their fundraising goal and have doubled it up.
They donated another 25,000 meals to the Capital Area Food Bank and are looking to get to $20,000 in fundraising money. So far as of Friday night they’ve raised $14,236 already well on towards halfway near their goal.
We last reported about their first 25,000 meal donation and after they met their $10,000 goal they were inspired to do it again and raise another 10k.
