Farewell, Darcy Kuemper (Caps Outsider)
With the 2024 NHL Draft and Free Agency approaching, the Washington Capitals have already made a couple offseason trades.
Back on June 19th, the Caps acquired center Pierre-Luc Dubois from the Los Angeles Kings for goalie Darcy Kuemper.
Dubois, who just turned 26, had 40 points (16 goals, 24 assists) this past regular season and one goal in the playoffs for Los Angeles. He previously had stints with the Winnipeg Jets and Columbus Blue Jackets, the team that drafted him No. 3 overall in 2016.
