Comcast SportsNet’s Craig Laughlin, Joe Beninati and Al Koken received an Emmy award for ‘Sporting Event/Game/ – Live Unedited – Capitals Game 7 Win,’ for their work in the 2015 win against the Islanders.

“Incredibly proud of my dad for winning an Emmy for best Sports Live Broadcast,” daughter Courtney Laughlin wrote. She was also nominated, along with Alan May, Brent Johnson, Al Koken, Sebastian Salazar and others for Capitals Pregame Live, but didn’t take that trophy.
