Last to greet reporters for exit interviews, the most recently acquired member of the Washington Capitals spoke softly and tried condensing a short stint into an even shorter window. Curtis Glencross had come here around the trade deadline, shipped from Calgary in exchange for a second- and third-round draft pick, meant to fortify the forwards corps and, ideally, stabilize the left wing spot beside center Evgeny Kuznetsov.
