This game wasn’t very good so I’ll just hop right into the highlights in order to move past it as fast as possible.
The game started pretty well for the Deacs. Nasir Greer came flying in on the sweep and put his helmet right on the ball, forcing the fumble and allowing Wake Forest to take over deep in Notre Dame territory.

Unfortunately, the offense ran 3 plays and got only 1 yard, so the Deacs were only able to come away with 3 points.
Notre Dame responded on the very next possession with Jafar Armstrong breaking free for a 30 yard touchdown.
