On Saturday the Wake Forest football staff got some great news when three-star safety/cornerback Jeremiah Gray committed to the Demon Deacons for the class of 2019. Gray is a 6-1, 200 pound defensive back out of Charlotte Christian in Charlotte, NC.
Overall he is ranked as the 566th player nationally according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings. 247Sports has him as the 473rd ranked players and the 33rd best safety in the class.
Based on the comments that Gray made to Brian Dohn of 247Sports following his commitment it appears that the staff has told him that he will be a cornerback for Wake Forest when he gets on campus.
