I have just confirmed that freshman TE Bowman Archibald has asked for and been granted a release from Wake Forest by Coach Clawson.

Archibald, a 6-6, 245 pound three star out of Dade City, Florida, committed to Wake Forest over Miami, Oregon, and Southern California. He enrolled at Wake Forest in December, but then broke his leg in spring practice.
