Senior Jake Teitelbaum has founded a new organization on campus, No Bad Apple, which aims to make high quality food easier to buy.
Since the start of this semester, Wake Forest foodies have been seen carrying bags of groceries labeled “No Bad Apple” in and out through the doors of Campus Kitchen.
“I want to make high-quality food available for busy people,” Teitelbaum said. He was inspired by his mother who, when he was young, managed to work as a full time pediatrician, and to spoil him and his siblings with healthy meals. Teitelbaum says he wants to provide local and healthy food for people, like his mom, who love good food, but face time constraints.
