NC State Players to Watch

Last year, Dayes led the Wolfpack in all-purpose yardage with 1,278 yards and in touchdowns with 13. He is a versatile back that is a threat running the ball as well as catching passes out of the backfield. This season, he has run the ball 109 times and racked up 588 yards (5.4 avg) and 10 TDs. He has also caught 21 passes for 158 yards. His numbers have dipped a little bit since the Pack started ACC play, however. Daye is averaging just over 4 yards per carry and has only scored 1 TD in the Pack's last two games.
