As the current Wake Forest Basketball program finds itself at the crossroads of disappointment, a lone bright spot emerges last night from a former player. Former Deac and current Atlanta Hawk John Collins set a new career high last night.
As the Hawks SB Nation Site (Peachtree Hoops) has covered the game in the more detail here, Collins scored 35 points, grabbed eight rebounds, had two assists, and two steals. In addition, Collins did this in only 29 minutes while being super efficient, going 14-16 from the field, including a perfect night from deep (4-4) and the free throw line (3-3).
