“Foodies” rave over annual festival

A food truck, for any mid-to-upper-middle class human who enjoys Mad Men, Homeland and Ted Talks, is the best thing ever. Just park one in front of any corporate building and multitudes of office drones pour out, eager to pay upwards of $5 for artisanal “peasant food” to eat and to Instagram. So, on Saturday, April 11, I decided to forego Coachella and instead went to the Third Annual Burke Street Food Truck Festival. There, I saw many things.

I saw 30 food trucks with compulsorily creative names like “BaguetteAboutIt” and “Cake in a Cup” and “Wright Up Ur Galley.
