I live in the past. I am a self-declared Queen of Nostalgia, spending an embarrassing amount of time recounting stories from my childhood, watching Nicktoons and looking through my elementary school crafts. While this may seem pathetic, I know we all do it (I’m just the loser who admits it).
But my fascination with nostalgia surpasses my own past. Throwback films (not old like Gone with the Wind, more like the 80s through early 2000s) are easily one of my favorite things.
There are those quintessential throwback movies that can bond people together like nothing else.
