A case for the senior.
On Sunday, the Atlantic Coast Sports Media Association announced the 2015-2016 All-ACC teams. For the most part, I thought the media did an excellent job, but there was one glaring omission - Devin Thomas. Yes, the senior from Wake Forest was named an honorable mention, but he deserved more.
Devin Thomas averaged 15.7 points and 10.1 rebounds per contest, while shooting 55% from the field, and blocking 1.5 shots per game. Yes, I fully acknowledge that Devin Thomas had several things working against him. He was suspended for two games due to a violation of athletic department rules, he typically has a poor attitude, and his team won just 2 out of 18 games in ACC play.
