Sidney Murray is a sophomore at Wake Forest and a singer-songwriter from North Carolina and Virginia. She has been singing and playing the guitar for years, and plans to follow her passion by majoring in music. She has recently released her first album, Sparks.
As a musician, music must have played a big role in your life as a kid. What did you listen to when you were younger?
I remember the first time I learned there were different genres of music was when I was 10 and was introduced to Akon’s “I Wanna Love You.
